What to bring (and not) to your Summer Camp!
What to bring
- Pillow: (We provide mattresses)
- Medications: Any necessary medications
- Beach Gear: Sun cream, beach towel, swimsuit
- Clothing: Enough for 2 changes per day for 5 days
- Toiletries: Include plasters, creams for cuts, elastic bandages, etc.
Money
- Lunch: 130-150 SEK/DKK per meal (cash)
- Dinner: 150 SEK/DKK per meal (for meals in town)
- Snacks: 250 SEK for healthy fruits and snacks throughout the week
Tennis Equipment
- Rackets (freshly strung)
- String (if you need your rackets restrung, it costs 150 SEK/DKK per racket)
Fitness Gear
- Jump rope
- Resistance band
Shoes
- Three types required: outdoor clay court shoes, indoor court shoes, and jogging shoes (clubs do not allow cleaning of clay court shoes)
Match Shirts
- 5 shirts for afternoon match play
Notebook & Pen
- For taking notes during theory sessions and on court
Water Bottles
- Two bottles (minimum 1.5 liters)
- Optional: Bring your own energy drink powder
What NOT to Bring
- Nuts: (Due to allergies)
- Sweets: Candy, gum, sugary items (we will provide some sweets in moderation) Electronics: PSP players (iPads allowed for music at designated times)
- Caffeine: You can bring your own energy drinks or powders.

Important Notes
No Refunds for Early Departure: No refunds are given for players who leave camp early for non-medical reasons. A certified doctor’s excuse is required for any refund if a player leaves due to homesickness.
Not a “First Time Away From Home” Experience
Please do not use EuroElite Summer Camp as a first-time overnight experience. This rarely works out well.
