NOTE: This Summer Camp if paid to the OLD EuroElite is only until TUESDAY 17 JUNE!
If you are playing in the MAIN DRAW “Play & Go” for the Birkeröd TE 14/16 and go deeper,… we will stay until 18 June and then you will have to make arrangements from 19 June. Probably staying over at Birkeröds TK beds.
Obs! NO DOUBLES ALLOWED at this Tourna-Camp!
Only Singles is allowed so that you can get your CAMP-TIME in!!! We will not bend on this so if you feel you have to play doubles then do NOT ask for this camp as we will make no exceptions.

Here is all the information you need to BOOK TRANSPORT to camp for your player and basics of WHAT TO BRING to CAMP and our meeting places.
A full EuroElite Fact Sheet will come to all participants 3 weeks prior to each camp!
- Players will be at HÖRSHOLM/RUNGSTED Tk at the LOWER INDOOR COURTS (UTR HALLEN) by kl 15:00 on Friday June 13 with their bags to move into their bedrooms. Separate bedroom for the gals of course! TRAINING BEGINS with INDOOR SERVING AND RETURNING 15:30-16:30 then we move outside 16:30-18:30 on Friday June 13
- Pick Ups: At kl 12:30 on FRIDAY we start from Malmö Hyllie Station in our 2 EuroElite Vans and we can take 5 players in each van who BOOK WITH US directly to camp! We can also take them back to Hyllie on Friday. COST FOR THIS IS 200:SEK (OR 100:SEK ONE-WAY) PAY CASH WHEN YOU GET ON BOARD:-) Again, YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR PLACE IN THE VAN ON A FIRST ASK / FIRST GET BASIS WITH MAXIMUM 10 PLAYERS!
- Camp Ends Tuesday June 17 for Summer Campers at kl 15:00. Then clean/shower etc. Those doing PLAY & GO may continue for extra cost past 17 June with Coach Adrian Luddeckens.
- Complimentary Pick Ups at KOKKEDAL STATION ONLY in Denmark (5 min from the club) will be at: 14:15, and 14:30. Anything later than this time players will have to WALK 15 min from the station to the club as we are meeting at 15:00 at the lower tennis hall courts INDOOR at this time.

OBS! PLAYERS MUST DO THEIR OWN ON-LINE SIGN IN PRIOR TO THE SIGN IN DEADLINE LISTED ON THE TENNIS EUROPE SITE!! WE DO NOT DO SIGN-IN’S FOR THE PLAYERS!!!
- All QUALIFYING players will let the Head Coach know 5 days prior to the camp WHICH TIME ABOVE THEY WANT THEIR JUNE 13 (Friday) KOKKEDAL PICK UP TIME. See times above
- ALL PLAYERS IN THE MAIN FOR THEIR JUNE 15 (Sunday) PICK UP TIME IN THE AFTERNOON TRAINING STARTING AT 16:30 OUTDOOR (15:30 earlier Indoor for Serves/returns/Attacks and Overheads). Pick up times for Main Draw players are: 17:00 and 17:25 ONLY at KOKKEDAL STATION on Sunday June 15.
- FOOD COSTS are never included in our camps: Healthy B,L.D at the HRT Restaurant in 2024 was 1000:dkk for the week except for 2 dinners. You pay this 1000:dkk directly in cash to HRT Restaurant when you arrive so prepare an envelope marked HRT FOOD. We go out to dinner: once at The Rungstedt Harbour + a visit to BAKKEN TIVOLI for fun night and dinner!! Your player can pay with card.
- Prices change with housing/courts at HRT: There is an additional 450:dkk/650sek/nok top up housing fee this year. Bring this in Cash Only in an envelope marked HOUSING.
- WE FINISH WITH THE SUMMER CAMPERS (the Old EuroElite contract) on June 17th at 15:00. So plan your transport to leave from KOKKEDAL no earlier than kl 15:30 /no earlier than 17:30 from Hyllie (we take ONE vans there so MAXIMUM 6 players may have a ride. Otherwise take the Öresunds Train from Kokkedal) and no earlier than 19:00 from CPH. We can drive you to KOKKEDAL STATION to take the 1 hour train ride to CPH as many times this is faster than the van due to traffic (but you will have to transfer trains at Copenhagen Central Station however this is easy and often on platforms next to each other.)
- WHAT IF YOUR PLAYER GOES DEEPER INTO THE EVENT past Tuesday? You can pay a EuroElite Coach to stay over until Wednesday June 18 and perhaps June 19 as well. Alternatively, parents can come watch your player and take charge from Wednesday 18 June. We take that when it comes:-)
- SINGLES MATCHES ARE ALWAYS IN THE MORNINGS. We do NOT play doubles at this event as specified above and we will make no exceptions to that if you are coming to this Tournament-camp.
