**Always write Dave to let him know you have made your Tour Fee deposit. THEN your name will appear on the list of participants. We will take a MAXIMUM of 16 players on this tour.

It is 100% certain, however, that this will be a TENNIS EUROPE EVENT ONLY with NO CAMP ASSOCIATED with it either prior to or after however of course we will do a few hours of hitting in the afternoons after you win matches.

We WILL have maximum 2.0-2.5 hours of training in the after singles matches to Maximise your tournament experience but we will will NOT ALLOW DOUBLES to be played. If you insist on doubles then, you will do this tour entirely on your own. There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to the doubles rule for this Birkeröd TE event.

OBS!This tour does NOT satisfy the International Tour that Members must go on to use their 2800:sek Tour Fee paid via the EE PRIME Project membership. Members must go out on 1 International Tour OUTSIDE of Scandinavia before September 01, 2026.

WE FOCUS ON SINGLES ONLY THEN TRAINING IN AFTERNOONS AT HRT

BOYS & GIRLS ARE WELCOME (but only 6 girls MAXIMUM due to housing situation and fire rules).

Tour Fee: 1800:sek (this is Coach salary). Does NOT include extra court time/transport to and from event, housing or % of coach transport, accommodation or food as usual.

Overnight at Horsholm/Rungsted Tk Beds: 300dkk per night (add 100dkk for linen if you don’t bring your own)

Food: Ca 350-400:dkk per day with breakfast/lunch/dinner (several dinners out at the Rungsted Harbour)

Transport: ca200dkk per player for gasoline t/r trips to Birkeröds Tk about a 20 min drive from our base.
