NEW SUMMER TE PREP. CAMP! July 29-31 (2.5 days) at Hörsholm/Rungsted Tk BOYS & GIRLS approved! (Prior to the HRT & EuroElite sponsored Tennis Europe U14/U16 event) These are SEPARATE EVENTS and FEES but you’re welcome to stay for our EE Sponsored Tennis Europe Event!!

This is a NEW EuroElite SUMMER CAMP! cost is 2750:sek (our salary) + overnight at HRT + Food costs.

• The CAMP FEE (our salary) is 2750:sek + bed at the club (ca 300dkk per night)  and food at HRT (TBA)
• To reserve your place, the 100% refundable Camp Fee is due to the account below. Then send me an email that this is done. Only then will your players’ name appear on the list of participants.
  • Maximum of 16 players will be allowed at this camp (maximum 6 girls) to insure a quality camp!
• Camp starts 13:00 July 29 and ends July 31, 2026  kl 16:00 at Hörsholm/Rungsted Tk. A total of 11 on-court hours will be done as usual but we will manage your player so they are fresh and ready to compete at the TE starting August 01 qualifying.
• Campers must get to HRT on their own. We will do 2 pick-up times at KOKKEDAL TRAIN STATION ONLY which is a 5 min drive from HRT Club. (It is also just a 15 min walk:-)  More on that later when we ask for transportation plans from each participant.
• If you want a ride from Malmö Hyllie McDonalds in one of our vans,… the cost is 150:sek. We can ONLY promise the way up on 29 July… NOT the way back. For that we can drop you at the KOKKEDAL TRAIN STATION and this train goes to Malmö via Copenhagen Central Station (1 change).
• IF YOU PLAN TO STAY FOR THE EuroElite-sponsored Tennis Europe 14/16s event… this is a SEPARATE TOUR EVENT  and is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the camp. That Tour Fee DEPOSIT (our salary) is 1100:sek DEPOSIT  (which is  550:sek per day salary and enough for 2 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE HOUSING AT HRT BEDS NOR FOOD.) More info comes to those who have registered with us 4 weeks prior to the Tennis Europe.

• If you want to stay for our EE Sponsored TE 14/16s Tournament, you’re welcome to do so! Coaches will stay UNTIL the LAST SINGLES PLAYER IS OUT OF THE EVENT... but you’re welcome to play doubles if you want.

• ALWAYS write Dave to let him know that you have done the Camp and/or Tour payment transfer to the account below as that is the ONLY WAY TO HOLD YOUR PLACE! 
• As usual all Camp and Tour fees are 100% refundable if a player cannot make the camp for ANY reason so your funds are safe:-)
• NO CALLS OR TEXTS ARE EVER ALLOWED TO ANY EE Staff member as we do all communications via email.

• PARENTS: You are responsible to enter your player into the Tennis Europe and any International tours we do via your own TE account and IPIN… we cannot do this!
