Tour Fee(salary): 4000:sek for EE Members – 6000:sek for non-EE members + all divide Dave’s flights, hotel, food and other related travel costs.

• Tour starts ca. 18 November and first day of Qualifying is 21 November
• Tour ends 06 December.
• ITF #1 starts November 23 / ITF #2 starts November 30, 2026
• Great training opportunities and Friendly Matches and a lot of training arranged throughout this tour.
• 26th year going to Costa Rica so I know the area and country well to Maximise both Tennis and LIFE experiences
• COSTS:

1. Deposit:  for a 2.5 week tour = 4000:sek/6000:sek
2. All divide Dave’s flights, hotel and food costs. TBA as this depends on the # of players we have but my room is 100usd per night (very discounted price!)  at the Crowne Plaza Hotel where we have stayed for over 20 years and all my costs are divided by the number of players on tour.
3. Dave’s food based on 40usd per day
4. Player Hotel ca55usd per night double room including full buffet breakfast at Crowne Plaza Hotel just a short 5 mins walk across the street from La Sabana Tennis which is the venue for these two events). Dave’s hotel is 100usd per night + tax / amongst the players
5. Flights from CPH to Costa Rica ca 9800:sek.  We fly KLM from CPH-AMS-SJO. We always by-pass the USA even if it could be a bit cheaper. Contact Dave for flight booking information as I will let you know which ticket to purchase.  ALL DIVIDE DAVE’S FLIGHT COSTS (either from CPH-SJO then back to Mexico or from Mexico – SJO and back to Mexico… TO BE ANNOUNCED)
6. Entry fees 70/95usd per event
7. Extra Court Fees for training for 2.5 weeks is only = 100usd per player (Costa Rica uses both USD and Colones so I prefer USD)
8. Tours to Rain Forest, La Paz Waterfall & Animal Santuary, Butterfly farm etc ca 150usd (CARD to get into the Santuary but CASH to pay the driver for La PAZ and Waterfall tour. We may also go to Jaco beach if we have time but this is not a planned activity yet. We kept winning last year so no beach but we did the Rain Forest and Animal Santuary which is more important!!
9. Daily food costs: Depends on what your player eats but basically ca35-40usd per day. Sometimes we do go out to special food places (La Esquina de Buenos Aires, Fuji Japanese and PF Chang.)
10. I will take only 6 players maximum on this tour. First to deposit the 4000:sek fully refundable deposit if a player cannot go for any reason.
11. WE WILL PURCHASE TICKETS AS SOON AS THE OFFICIAL DATES ARE PLACED ON THE ITF WEBSITE. I got these dates directly from the Federation but I always wait until it is “official”.
