Tour Fee: 450:sek per day pay as you go (non-members pay 550:sek per day) + coach expenses like food, transport
Coaches Costs (does not include salary above) for bed/transport, gasoline, bridge fees etc: 450dkk/600sek per player
Housing: We have booked beds at HRT downstairs club room UTR Hallen – 350dkk per night (does NOT include linen which is a one-time fee of 100dkk no matter how long you use it as they have to wash it. OR BRING YOUR OWN! )
THIS HOUSING PRICE INCLUDES ALL EXTRA COURT FEES AS WE ARE PARTNERS WITH HÖRSHOLM TK!!!
Food: Bring own Breakfast utensils and some of your favorite foods (but you can buy FOOD at NETTO close by but NOT the utensils!!!)
Transport: Dave drives over the bridge from Hyllie Station on 12 September at 11:15-11:30 am so we can meet there OR at KOKKEDAL STATION in Denmark at 13:00
First training pass is 14:00 at HRT on Saturday 12 September. I HAVE BOOKED COURTS 14-17:00 IF PLAYERS WANT TO PLAY LONGER OR SHORTER
Qualifying starts 13 September so arrivals are to be early afternoon on 12 September for a hit arriving to CPH by 10:00 latest then train to HYLLIE and please try to be there by 11-11:30. You can also meet up at KOKKEDAL STATION where you will be picked up by Dave if needed by 13:00
BEST FLIGHT FROM OSLO IS NORWEGIAN KL 08:55 – 10:05 (arrive CPH) then take the train to KOKKEDAL STATION (1 change at Copenhagen Centralen).
Main starts 14 September so arrivals are to be at HRT early afternoon on September 13 for a hit.
OBS! DAVE LEAVES ON 16 SEPTEMBER MORNING AFTER SINGLES MATCHES… PLAYERS ARE THEN “ON THEIR OWN” BUT UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYES OF PER AWANTEUS(SWEDISH HEAD COACH/DIRECTOR) AND DANIEL NIELSEN (TOURNAMENT REFEREE):
Guys/Parents: This is an U18s event and as such, if your son cannot simply take care of himself after the 16th, make the easy 15 min walk from the club to KOKKEDAL STATION to the train station for transport to CPH or Sweden then perhaps they are not ready for ITF play yet and I have failed to teach them some simple independence here in Scandinavia. With respect… I have U14s doing the same thing:-)
Players can arrive earlier the first day if they want to hit more but the Daily fee is still 450:sek per day.
