Fighting Spirit…Open Minded Attitude is a MUST!
Skipping Rope- A GOOD ONE PLEASE and this is a must item
GUMMI BAND for WORKING YOUR FINE MUSCLES and you need to have one at our camps.
2 Water Bottles
2 Towels… one for showers and the other for matches
Notebook with pen
Enough clothes for 2 changes daily. MATCH SHIRT for SATURDAY NIGHT MATCH PLAY IS MANDITORY
The regular toiletries and all medicines. Parents… do let me know if there is something special going on with your player! SPECIAL DIET? ALLERGIES? WE NEED TO KNOW ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CAMP PLEASE!
Towel for showers and and extra smaller towel for match play.
SLEEPING BAG, PILLOW, SHEETS… I have matresses and even if you stay at the HOSTEL… BRING BEDDING!
Jogging Shoes, Indoor shoes, Outdoor shoes(if clay season)
About 5-600:sek for lunches, dinners and one activity
