Sample Weekend Camp itinerary

EXAMPLE of a TYPICAL WEEKEND CAMP:

FRIDAY:

18:00 WELCOME & Theory at HYLLIE SPORT CENTER (MBTK in Malmö)

18:30 – PHYSICAL WARM UP!

18:50-21:00 Tennis SHOT SELECTION POINT PLAY and Weapons/Serve Training.

21:20  PASTA NIGHT AT HYLLIE SPORT CENTRE!

SATURDAYS:

06:30 Wake UP:-) then direct to training

07:00-09:00 Serves + Return training and Second Shot point play! Also MASSIVE SMASH/FIRST STRIKE WORK!

09:00-09:45 Breakfast

10-11:30 Theory I from CAMP Coach then Fun Activity/Relax

11:45-12:45 BOXING WITH KEN!

Lunch

14:00-16:00 Tempo + Doubles Drills at Trelleborgs TK ROTATION TRAINING WITH 2 GROUPS

HEALTHY SNACK:-)

17:00 SINGLES COMPETITIVE EDGE THEORY II

17:45-20:00 Singles Match Play(one-on-one) at BELLEVUE… WE RENT THE ENTIRE CLUB:-)

DINNER

21:15 BED TIME!

SUNDAYS:

07:00 Wake + BREAKFAST

08-10:00  Tennis Training on Focus Areas!

THEORY

11:30 LUNCH

13-15:00 FINAL TRAINING PATTERNS, SERVES, RETURNS, SECOND SHOTS + FUN COMPETITIVE GAMES!

15:15-16:15 Lisa QVIST Stretching Program at Boxing Club (she was voted Swedish Personal Trainer of the year 2012!)

Camp finishes at 16:30 at HYLLIE SPORT CENTRE  (where players take showers after the day)
