WE WILL HAVE 10 YOUNGER BOYS AND 4 GIRLS AT THIS SPECIAL WEEKEND CAMP AT SIGTUNA'S TENNISKLUBB!
ARRIVAL FRIDAY MARCH 9 AND CAMP ENDS MARCH 11.
COST FOR OVERNIGHT + ALL FOOD = 1000:SEK

2018 HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP START/END TIMES:
MINI HPC's: Start Fridays or Saturdays 08:00 and End Mondays at 16:00. Players are required to arrive on Thursday/Fridays evening BY 19:15!
* Session II we will mix between Skåne, Czech Rep. and EuroElite Germany (near Salzburg).
* UPGRADING: If you UpGrade from Weekend Camp to MHPC you pay the following: 1500:sek per weekend camp as in your Project + Add 1500:sek so total 3000:sek. Non-members pay 4225:sek
PICK UPS for MHPCs:19:00 at Hyllie Station McDonalds.
Players can book tickets home on Mondays after 16:45 as we will drive to Hyllie station one time only at 16:30
DROP-IN WEEKEND/MHPC CAMPS and SECOND WEEKEND CAMPS: This Popular concept from last season we call "DROP-IN" Weekends happen when we have openings in our regular weekend camps due to illness or injury thus making room for more players who were not formally signed up for that camp.
As we did last year, we will send out an alert between 2-5 days before that Weekend Camp to let all know there is an opening. First to reply gets the place as usual. This is for PROJECT MEMBERS ONLYl:-)
OBS! SECOND WEEKEND CAMPS: If your player wants to do TWO(2) WEEKEND CAMPS or if he has a MHPC and would like to ADD A WEEKEND CAMP the cost is only 1000:sek (lunches and dinners are not included).
*THE WEEKEND COST INCLUDES HOUSING at HYLLIE SPORT CENTRE!
1.) GIVE US 2-3 CAMP DATES THAT YOU ARE 100% SURE YOUR PLAYER IS AVAILABLE¨
2.) DO NOT PLAN A TOURNAMENT DURING ANY OF THESE CHOICES! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF A CAMP DUE TO A TOURNAMENT. EVENT IF IT IS A TWO WEEKEND EVENT AND YOUR PLAYER DOES BETTER THAN EXPECTED THE FIRST WEEKEND AND HAS TO COMPETE THE SECOND... CAMP CANCELLATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! SIMPLY CHOOSE DATES THAT TO NOT COLLIDE IN ANY WAY WITH THE CAMP YOU HAVE SELECTED!
3.) IF YOU MUST CANCEL A CAMP DUE TO INJURY OR ILLNESS, WE CAN WORK TOGETHER AND TRY TO FIND YOU ANOTHER CAMP DURING THAT SESSION. PROJECT PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE CAMP VISIT EVERY SESSION (THERE ARE 3 SESSIONS IN A YEAR: SESSION I =SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER/ SESSION II = FEBRUARY-MAY / SESSION III = JUNE-AUGUST
3.) SEND US YOUR WISHES AND WE WILL MAKE THE DECISOIN ON WHICH CAMP IS BEST FOR YOU... THIS IS OUR DECISION BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST IF THERE HAS TO BE CHANGES.
We have the players go to STA. LUCIA for evening meals. PLAYERS must eat pastas on Friday nights. Saturdays is more open to choice and according to the USTA and other top Tennis Organizations, Pizza can be a good source of nutrition if done correctly and we feel that Sta. Lucia is a healthy place which we have confidence in. Lunches are only 50:sek at POSTGÅRDEN which is a Swedish State Run Cafeteria where the boys can eat as much as they want of a HOT DAILY MEAL (choice of 2 dagens) with all you can eat salad bar!
Breakfast; Milk, Apple and Orange Juice, Cereal, mûsli, fresh bread, butter, sylt, ham are the basics of this normal Scandinavian meal. Players can purchase any extra items they feel they need or want for breakfast!
ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO BRING OR BUY ANY KIND OF NUT TO OUR CAMPS BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES!
LET DAVE KNOW IN WRITING IF THERE ARE ANY DIETARY LIMITATIONS FOR YOU! I will then work on having your meals set.
Because I believe in teaching children to become young adults. Our policy is do not call Dave or his staff for ANY REASON with the exception of a family emergency policy. In that case, calls are welcome and manditory HOWEVER... if there is a problem at our camp for any reason, the PLAYER is to bring this up to Dave or other trainers. We do not want moms and dads to call for their players! Encourage your player to take anything up with us; this is HOW THEY GROW:-). If we cannot solve a situation, trust me...WE WILL CALL YOU!
Mobil phones will be proptly taken after the evening calls and given back for the morning or evening ring again(if 12 or under), Please show responsibility and respect by keeping these rules and let your child grow up by letting go:-)
Players 11 years and younger may call home 2 times per day. Over 12yrs. only 1 call per day

If at all possible, players are to travel by themselves to camp after the first camp unless Dave is alerted as to why you need to drive your player here. We want them to learn to travel, and we know it is safe to travel here during the day. Possible exception is for our youngest players 10 years old who, if not travelling with a friend, may be dropped off by relatives. Picking up your player or allowing them to travel home alone is optional.

14:00-16:00 Tempo + Doubles Drills at Trelleborgs TK ROTATION TRAINING WITH 2 GROUPS
17:00 SINGLES COMPETITIVE EDGE THEORY II
17:45-20:00 Singles Match Play(one-on-one) at BELLEVUE... WE RENT THE ENTIRE CLUB:-)
21:15 BED TIME!

13-15:00 FINAL TRAINING PATTERNS, SERVES, RETURNS, SECOND SHOTS + FUN COMPETITIVE GAMES!
15:15-16:15 Lisa QVIST Stretching Program at Boxing Club (she was voted Swedish Personal Trainer of the year 2012!)
Camp finishes at 16:30 at HYLLIE SPORT CENTRE (where players take showers after the day)
